Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

We take all the precautions to ensure your print arrives safely.  If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by emailing [email protected].   Please keep all original packaging and print as we may require photographs of the damage to process your claim.

Photographic Print Care Instructions: To ensure longevity do not place your print in direct sunlight and use a professional framer to frame your print with archival mat board.
