Today is World Menopause Awareness Day. It isn't all doom and gloom as we were once told. Yes it can be tough through the transition (and please seek help, don't do it alone), but the power that comes from within is liberating, shedding all that no longer serves you.
I think I am out the other side now i.e. in menopause now. Head to my story sharing a brain fog moment looking for my phone whilst talking on the phone🤣🤣🤣
