Michele chose a kundalini yoga mantra to write on the “I am” Affirmation board to ground her experience and affirm the truth of who she is.

This mantra helps to remove one’s insecurities and recognise their greatness. It is also accompanied by “I am the light of my soul”.

I love learning about the yoga world, it always brings me peace 😌
