Mt Barney was one magical epic hike. It was the toughest hike I have ever done. It certainly required some mental strength as this is no hiking trail, we had to navigate climbing over rocks and steps with a rise taller than my legs😂. We camped at the top and took in the sunset over the valley that kept on giving.

I always find it amazing how this translates into your every day life…. Feeling strong mentally.

I’m finding it hard to write words for this one… @katebmusic surprised me with her LP at the @silversirens_redefiningageing “Its not too Late” event @emporiumhotels .
I had the privilege of photographing her for her front cover of her album.
And to feel it in the flesh… well the reel explains my reaction… but the excited little girl came out.

Gosh it is also hard describe how it felt seeing my photograph on the big screen while she played. Maybe a proud moment for both us here ❤️
